Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support to the Academy Business Manager with recruitment and general staffing administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the recruitment process, coordinating the induction process for new staff, and ensuring the Single Central Record is kept up to date with starters, leavers, and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the recruitment process using our recruitment portal (Jobtrain)
• Coordinate the induction process for new staff
• Ensure the Single Central Record is kept up to date with starters, leavers, and training
• Liaise with the central People Team regarding contract changes, leavers, etc.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organisation, and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy in input and proof checking with enhanced attention to detail. Experience of working within a school environment or within an HR/recruitment role would be desirable, although not essential.
