Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead program execution, demonstrating servant leadership and technical expertise across domains and business domains.
  • Partner with LPM, Product, and Engineering owners for early engagement and prioritization.
  • Drive Pre-Program Increment (PI) planning meetings with leadership, product management, delivery teams, and Business Partners.
  • Cross-platform integrated release planning and status reporting.
  • E2E test management, including test data setup, test plan creation, and reporting on testing status.
  • Ensure dependency alignment for teams and trains across the organization and external partners.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, New Product Development, Business Partners, and Architects to ensure strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment and execution.
  • Ensure value is achieved by the program/technology product delivery on behalf of end users.
  • Assist with prioritization using experience regarding cross-platform technology delivery and economic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and TPMs to identify and coordinate cross-platform dependencies.
  • Create data-driven insights into delivery and execution using relevant portfolio, program, and team-level metrics.
  • Manage impediments, risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs across stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Support and encourage innovation through continuous exploration.
  • Aggregates and drives End-to-End Program Increment (PI) objectives into Epic/Cross-Train Release objectives to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify and manage gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams and trains.
  • Track and measure capability and epic execution.
  • Manage external relationships, including product partners or technology vendors on behalf of the Technology organization.

Technical Skills:

  • Inform or co-develop architecture and process flows to ensure end-to-end technology product solutions.
  • Understand the program's technical platforms and applications.
  • Execute solution technical alignment discussions, bridging the gap between product teams.

Scope of Impact/Influence:

  • Work in partnership with Product Management and Owners, ARTs, and extended Technology teams, third parties, and vendors to create, sequence, plan, and deliver the program backlog.
  • Coach and mentor teams to adopt the AET SDLC process, Agile values, principles, and practices, and actively inspire teams to reflect upon and improve their value delivery capacity.
  • Champion technology product delivery in alignment with Technology strategy with an enterprise mindset and global solutioning.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Scrum Master experience.
  • 7+ years relevant Program and/or Project Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages is ideal.
  • Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver solutions.
  • Current/active PMI-ACP, PMP, SPC, or SA certification a plus.
  • Additional Agile certifications a plus.
