Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily personnel and attendance logs for safety compliance
- Respond to non-sales-related inquiries and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Manage expense reimbursements, credit oversight, and handle petty cash along with credit card documentation
- Organize and maintain financial and human resources documentation through effective filing and archiving
- Execute general office duties as required
- Support various ad-hoc initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Computer savvy with the capability to swiftly adapt to new systems and software
