About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Concierge at Avery Healthcare.

Your Focus

Your primary responsibility as a Concierge will be to create a positive and lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors while providing high-quality service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct all visitors, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant environment for residents and staff.
  • Handle resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Complete administrative duties as required, supporting the smooth operation of the care home.

Requirements

  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to engage with residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Be able to handle multiple priorities, managing competing demands and deadlines.
  • Have good organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Previous experience in a customer service position is desirable, but not essential.
