About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Welcome and Service Team as a Customer Service Representative. As the public face of Claremont, you will provide a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work as part of the Welcome and Service Team to ensure visitors receive a high-quality experience, from the initial welcome to the end of their visit.
- Deliver high standards of presentation at the property, ensuring all communications with visitors are clear and consistent.
- Work on a rota basis, including regular weekends and bank holidays, to ensure the property is well-staffed at all times.
