Empower Digital Limited is seeking a dedicated, professional, and dependable Guest Services Supervisor to enhance our vibrant Guest Services team. This role is set in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment that demands energetic, enthusiastic, and ambitious individuals who can excel under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the seamless operation of the Guest Services and Reception areas.
  • Recruiting and managing reception personnel while ensuring optimal staffing levels are upheld.
  • Guaranteeing that the Guest Services team provides exceptional service to all clients.
  • Delivering training and orientation for both new and existing reception staff, while tailoring training programs to meet business and HR needs.
  • Establishing performance targets and monitoring proactive sales efforts within the Guest Services team in alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensuring the presentation of facilities meets the highest standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Background in customer service (hospitality preferred) with a proven track record of enhancing standards while effectively managing and developing the team through training and mentorship.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Positive, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Capability to create and implement customer service and sales training for Guest Services staff.
  • Ability to design and enforce operational procedures.
  • Experience in managing and tracking sales goals for the Guest Services team.
  • Proficient in recruiting, training, managing, and developing the Guest Services team with a focus on succession planning.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in a 7-day operational environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A strong and charismatic leader.
