About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Welcome & Service Team as a Welcome & Service Assistant. As the public face of Claremont, you will provide a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, responding to queries and ensuring they can find everything they need for their visit.
- Work closely with the visitor welcome team to link everything we do back to our cause and the ongoing work we do.
- Deliver high standards of presentation at the property, ensuring all communications with visitors are clear and consistent.
- Regularly work at weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
