Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients throughout their journey with us. You will also collaborate closely with the Sales team to drive overall business success.
Compensation:
The role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum PAYE. This position allows for a hybrid working model, with the option to work in the office three days a week and remotely for two days, if preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily oversight of the customer order book, ensuring accurate monitoring of orders and delivery confirmations.
- Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns by liaising with the Customer Support Leader and relevant departments (Quality & Compliance, Finance, Operations, etc.).
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (including skills such as pivot tables and VLookups).

Qualifications:
- GCSEs in Mathematics and English or equivalent qualifications.

Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
