Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in EMEA. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's GoToMarket initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication, client meetings, and participation in industry events.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
