We are in search of a proactive and meticulous Facilities Operations Coordinator to manage the daily functions of a significant 19-floor, 350,000 sq ft building located in Marylebone.


The Role:

In the position of Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will be integral to upholding exceptional standards of property management.

Collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager, you will ensure that the building is secure, safe, and fully functional, delivering an outstanding environment for our clients and tenants.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations across 19 floors, ensuring efficient functioning of all facilities.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to uphold the building's systems and services.
  • Supervise and manage building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Aid in budget management and service charge distributions.
  • Support tenant relations, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives and improvements in energy efficiency within the building.
  • Provide assistance in the planning and execution of building projects and renovations.
