Role Overview

  • In this mobile position, you will service commercial properties throughout Central and South East London.
  • Responsibilities include servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various HVAC systems such as Split Systems, Multi Split Systems, VRVs, and VRFs.
  • Additional duties related to general building services may be required.
  • This is a Monday to Friday role, operating from 8 AM to 5 PM.
On-Call Requirements

* 1 in 8 call-out schedule, compensated with a minimum standby payment of £150 for at least 4 hours.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Experience in a Maintenance or Facilities Management setting.
  • Essential qualifications include FGAS and compliance with ODS regulations.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces, along with a readiness to join the On-Call Rota.
