Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at 360 Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and manage information in our Job Management System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Monitor job screens and provide timely support to our team, supervisors, and managers as needed.
  • Provide coverage for colleagues during breaks, peak periods, and annual leave, ensuring continuity of service.
  • Coordinate the deployment of operatives to jobs, optimizing routes and reducing travel time.
  • Assist in recording data and key management information to improve our service delivery.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and tasks.
  • Good geographical understanding of the area, including highways and travel times.
  • GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, with accurate typing skills.
  • Experience in a Repairs or Maintenance call centre or similar environment (desirable).
