Cadence Partners is seeking a highly skilled Research Professional to join our team as an Executive Researcher. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading client and candidate management throughout the lifespan of an assignment, ensuring high standards and commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a search strategy based on client briefings and undertake candidate research and sourcing with a creative approach to searches.
- Lead on candidate approaches, through email and telephone contact, to enthuse candidates about new roles and opportunities and use good judgement to assess their suitability for the role and client's organisation.
- Pre-screening both researched candidates and other applicants, recording data for our talent pool database.
- Support the candidate interview and assessment process, writing interview reports as required.
- Contribute to and support an agile team through upward management, effective in proactively managing own workload and working in conjunction with a wider project team.
Requirements:
- Curious, analytical, creative, and a good team player.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with strong planning and organisational skills.
- Experienced in working at pace with the ability to prioritise and be flexible when needed, both in response to live deadlines and on longer-term projects.
- Adept with IT, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, databases, and video conferencing.
- Brings intellectual and professional curiosity, an open approach to ideas, personal resilience, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
