About the Role:
The Mid Essex Mental Health Support Team is a dynamic and supportive service that provides early intervention and prevention services to individuals in need.
We are a multidisciplinary team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality services that make a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work as part of a team to provide early intervention and prevention services to individuals in need.
- To support individuals to develop coping strategies and skills to manage their mental health.
- To work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to service delivery.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of service plans and policies.
Requirements:
- Completed or be supported to complete the Senior Wellbeing Practitioner (SWP) course or CYP IAPT Low Intensity Supervisor course.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
