About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Mental Health Support Team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to children and young people in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Work collaboratively with schools, colleges, and other agencies to provide a comprehensive mental health service.
  • Conduct assessments, risk assessments, and develop care plans to support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Mental Health Support Team, promoting initiative, creativity, and motivation.
  • Measure clinical outcomes and deliver evidence-based interventions to ensure the highest standards of care.
