About the Role

We are seeking a Children's Wellbeing Practitioner Trainee to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people, providing guided self-help therapy and parenting interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based and collaborative practice to support children and young people with mild to moderate mental health issues.
  • Work with partner organisations to reduce stigma around mental health and improve understanding of emotional wellbeing.
  • Monitor and share outcome data with young people, families, and commissioners.

Requirements

  • Second-class or higher bachelor's degree from a UK university in a relevant subject (psychology, education, childhood development, social work).
  • Confident use of IT systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Driving license and use of vehicle for work purposes.
