Children's Wellbeing Practitioner Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Children's Wellbeing Practitioner Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people, providing guided self-help therapy and parenting interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based and collaborative practice to support children and young people with mild to moderate anxiety, low mood, and common behavioural difficulties.
- Work with partner organisations to reduce stigma around mental health and improve understanding of the importance of emotional wellbeing.
- Monitor and share outcome data with young people, families, and commissioners to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop a portfolio of case work, aiming for a minimum of 30 pieces of case work, and be assessed through presentations, reflective analysis, a poster, a case report, and video clips of clinical practice.

Requirements- A second-class or higher bachelor's degree from a UK university in a relevant subject, such as psychology, education, childhood development, or social work.
- An overseas qualification of an equivalent standard in a relevant subject.
- Confidence using IT systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A driving license and use of a vehicle for work purposes.
