Customer Experience Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Services Team Leader at New Chapter Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth and customer loyalty of our premium brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive customer support, including managing warranty claims, returns, and refunds for our customers.
- Handle customer service inquiries via various communication channels, ensuring efficient and effective communication and ensuring customers are valued.
- Collaborate with other departments on product queries, delivery procedures, and other ad hoc duties.
- Confidently handle e-commerce administration, including operating business management software, managing orders, and coordinating returns and refunds.
**Requirements:**
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in a sales/customer service role.
