Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for refining processes, overseeing defect inspections, and leading a team of dedicated coordinators and operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Refinement: Collaborate with our operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Defect Management: Oversee defect inspections and work with our team to resolve any issues that arise.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of coordinators and operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
- Customer Service: Work closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in customer care working for a new homes developer.
- Knowledge: Strong construction and house builder knowledge.
- Skills: Expertise in streamlining processes and defect management, strong leadership skills, and a knack for motivating teams.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £55k-£65k basic (depending on experience) + annual bonus.
- Benefits: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, 1 day WFH, cooperate benefits including free health care and pension contributions.
