Customer Experience Manager

Join Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd as a Customer Experience Manager and take on a well-balanced management role with clear accountability. As a leader on the shop floor, you'll drive training, create a team where everyone feels welcome, and help colleagues feel safe to challenge the way things are done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lead Customer Experience Manager to deliver improved customer and retail outcomes in your area.
  • Work closely with another Customer Experience Manager, sharing ideas and identifying ways to improve things, and provide a brilliant handover from each shift to the next.
  • Help your team put themselves in the customers' shoes, taking genuine pride in how we deliver a better service.
