Position Overview:

Location:
This position is based in a prominent judicial setting.

Working Hours:
Standard office hours, Monday to Friday.

Compensation:
Starting at £11.59 per hour, increasing to £11.88 per hour after a specified period.
This is a temporary role with the potential for extension.

Role Responsibilities:
The Administrative Support Officer will undertake a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Generating and distributing orders to users within the Ministry of Justice.
2. Assisting in court proceedings and clerical duties.
3. Managing a high-volume email correspondence.
4. Engaging with senior stakeholders, including judges and legal representatives.
5. Performing general administrative functions.
6. Verifying documentation to ensure accuracy before dissemination.
7. Drafting standard correspondence.
8. Maintaining comprehensive records and information.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking individuals who demonstrate:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spelling and grammar.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
- Strong IT competencies.
