About the Role

Ace Records Ltd is seeking an experienced Music Distribution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with UK-based retail accounts, presenting marketing opportunities to the label management team, and working closely with our pick and pack team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with UK-based retail accounts through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Present retail marketing opportunities to the label management team and collaborate with accounts to develop new opportunities and marketing innovations.
  • Propose price campaigns for single titles or entire catalogues and compile campaign project plans for retail.
  • Work with the accounting team to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
  • Collaborate with the pick and pack team to ensure timely delivery of orders to UK retail, international partners, and eCommerce customers.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of music release sales within entertainment retail.
  • Demonstrable relationship building skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and creative approach to work to help Ace distributed labels and artists stand out in a crowded marketplace.
