About the Role

Ace Records Ltd is seeking an experienced Physical Distribution Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing UK sales, global D2C, and the fulfillment of international sales for all distributed labels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Compile weekly release solicitations for retail, highlighting key releases to maximize buy-in and sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the label management team to manage stock needs and client requirements.
  • Present retail marketing opportunities to the label management team and collaborate with accounts to establish new opportunities and marketing innovations.
  • Propose price campaigns and compile campaign project plans for retail.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to UK retail, international partners, and eCommerce customers.
  • Provide sales and marketing reporting to the label management team and senior management.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of music release sales within entertainment retail.
  • Demonstrable relationship building skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Pro-active and creative approach to work to help Ace distributed labels and artists stand out in a crowded marketplace.
  • Passion for a wide range of independent music.
