Ace Records Ltd is a leading reissue record company with a rich history of delivering high-quality music to the market. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking an experienced Physical Distribution Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the physical distribution of our products to a wide range of clients, including retail accounts, international partners, and e-commerce customers. This will involve establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, as well as working closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key retail accounts and international partners
- Compile weekly release solicitations for retail and international partners
- Highlight key releases to retail and international partners to maximize buy-in and sales opportunities
- Work closely with the label management team to manage stock needs and client requirements
- Present retail marketing opportunities to the label management team and work with clients to establish new opportunities and marketing innovations
- Propose price campaigns and compile campaign project plans for retail and international partners
- Work with our pick and pack team to ensure timely delivery of orders to clients
- Provide sales and marketing reporting to the label management team and senior management
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely invoicing and collections
Requirements:
- Proven track record of music release sales within the entertainment industry
- Demonstrable relationship building skills with colleagues and clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Pro-active and creative approach to work to help Ace Records Ltd's distributed labels and artists stand out in a crowded market
