About the Role:

Ace Records Ltd is seeking an experienced Physical Distribution Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our physical distribution service to a wider client base of like-minded labels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage relationships with several UK-based retail accounts to ensure timely delivery of orders to UK retail, international partners, and eCommerce customers.
  • Present retail marketing opportunities to the label management team and work with your accounts to establish new opportunities and marketing innovations.
  • Propose price campaigns, across single titles or entire catalogues, and compile campaign project plans for retail.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely invoicing and collections.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of music release sales within entertainment retail.
  • Demonstrable relationship building skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • A pro-active and creative approach to work to help Ace distributed labels and artists stand out in a crowded marketplace.
