Position Overview
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Senior Clinical Practitioner to become a vital part of our community healthcare team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support within our healthcare services.
Role Requirements:
- Completion of a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent advanced training.
- Non-medical prescribing certification.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Teaching qualification (998 or equivalent) is desirable.
- Clear DBS certification.
- Experience in managing acute, complex clinical presentations.
- Proficient triage skills.
- Strong understanding of autonomous practice in community healthcare, including strategies for preventing hospital admissions and facilitating safe discharges.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will undertake the following:
- Assume accountability for clinical governance and leadership within the service.
- Collaborate across various organizational and professional boundaries.
- Establish effective partnerships in alignment with the strategic direction of the Trust and national initiatives.
