Position Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated individual to become part of our team on Ogwen Ward, focusing on Surgical Trauma, Orthopaedics, and Ortho-geriatric care.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care while collaborating effectively with colleagues to address the needs of patients and their families.
  2. Assist in the management and organization of the clinical area, contributing to the education, development, and supervision of fellow staff members.
  3. Assume responsibility for the ward or equivalent nursing area in the absence of the senior nurse or designated individual with ongoing responsibility.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is preferred for this role; applications from both Welsh and English speakers are welcomed.
