About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the management of patients with complex communication, swallowing, and airway disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement clinical care pathways and protocols.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for staff and patients.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

Requirements

  • HCPC and RCSLT registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Master's level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Significant experience in clinical leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
