Role Overview: As a Shift Supervisor at EG Group, you will play a key part in ensuring the team is operating smoothly, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while making sure our customers leave feeling satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store when the Manager is not around
  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Get involved with making beverages, store cleanliness, and serving customers
  • Work late nights and close the store as required
