Job Title: Luxury Retail Store Manager
Job Summary:
DB Charles Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Retail Store Manager to join a prestigious luxury retail business in the Shrewsbury area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the effective management of a store, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain exceptional store visual standards, ensuring a consistent and appealing brand image.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
- Sales and Performance: Drive sales growth, maximize sales opportunities, and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Staff Development: Recruit, retain, and develop staff to enhance the values of the brand and contribute to the long-term success of the business.
- Commercial Decision Making: Make accurate daily commercial decisions to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Work towards and drive the team to hit all KPIs and targets.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase sales.
- Productivity and Efficiency: Drive productivity and efficiency, ensuring the team is deployed effectively to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Retail Experience: A strong retail background in store management, preferably in a luxury or premium environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience in managing KPIs and budgets to effectively run and improve store performance.
- Sales and Performance: A track record of driving sales and performance, with a strong understanding of the luxury retail market.
- Team Management: A demonstrable background in managing a team, with the ability to deliver training and development.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, with a flexible approach to work.
