Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the day-to-day management of the entire complex and supervise all staff, ensuring the highest standard of service is provided to all customers and guests at the facility.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all employees, including reception, bar, security staff, and referees, to ensure exceptional customer service and a safe working environment.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies to promote and maximize income opportunities, focusing on weekend and off-peak periods.
  • Assist the General Manager with the recruitment and selection of non-managerial staff, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Ensure sound administrative procedures are followed, adhering to the Company Operations Manual, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Implement and maintain the Company Health & Safety policy, ensuring all staff are trained in first aid and emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Attend weekly management meetings to foster strong communication and chair occasional meetings with other staff members.
  • Oversee cash and stock reconciliation procedures, adhering to Company policy and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Maintain the facilities, fixtures, and fittings within the Club to a high standard, both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate the ordering of stock and services to ensure seamless operations and effective management.
