We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Relationship Assistant to join our ICS team in Handsworth, Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, build and maintain relationships between Elis and our customers, and offer comprehensive administrative support to our Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers for contract management
  • Support an internal service inbox and handle customer and internal inquiries
  • Address customer complaints and provide KPI information for Account Managers
  • Run and manipulate customer reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Upload information into Customer Portal

We are looking for someone with outstanding organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.
