Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Relationship Assistant to provide maternity cover for our Conveyancing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full support to the team, preparing correspondence, and maintaining good relationships with clients and new business introducers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing department, including preparing correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
  • Attend to clients on the telephone and in person, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through the initial steps of their move.
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, and arrange the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
  • Be able to work under pressure and be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
  • Be highly organized, methodical, and adaptable.
  • A desire to progress within the new business department is essential.
