Learning Support Assistant - Maternity Cover Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our school team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our teaching staff to provide support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to children in the EYFS
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation
- Support children with special educational needs
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children (desirable)
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, efficient, and flexible
