Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Relationship Assistant to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a Client Relationship Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our Conveyancing department, ensuring seamless operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing department, including preparing correspondence, managing filing systems, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and new business introducers, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Assist with the preparation of mail and enclosures for dispatch, as well as arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and new business introducers.
  • Be highly organized, methodical, and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Have a desire to progress within the new business department and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
  • Ideally possess a background in customer service and an understanding of legal services.
