About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Relationship Assistant to join our team on a maternity leave cover basis. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will provide exceptional support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support to Conveyancing Department: Provide full support to our Conveyancing department to enable them to operate efficiently.
  • Correspondence Preparation: Prepare correspondence using our case management system.
  • Client Communication: Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person.
  • Filing and Administration: Administer filing systems, including daily filing, opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
  • New Business Development: Maintain good relationships with new business introducers.
  • Client Guidance: Guide clients with the initial steps of their move.
  • Mail Preparation: Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Document Management: Arrange the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
  • Additional Duties: Carry out other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Team Player: Be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
  • Organizational Skills: Be highly organized, methodical, and adaptable.
  • Desire to Progress: A desire to progress within the new business department.
  • Background in Customer Service: Ideally possess a background in Customer Service and an understanding of legal services.
