The Career Works Limited is representing a prestigious multinational jewellery firm seeking a dedicated Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee backend sales operations for designated regions.
- Prepare for exhibitions and trade shows to showcase products.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly sales reporting and project updates for management.
- Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure efficient goods flow.
- Develop strategies for seamless sales execution, managing the entire sales process from start to finish.
- Handle order processing, pricing, and product cataloguing.
- Engage in general correspondence with clients, focusing on after-sales support.
- Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and lead generation activities.
- Provide post-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary contact for the sales team and manufacturing units.
- Coordinate with the factory and design teams for product development.
- Work with the graphics team to create compelling client presentations.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, offering training in sales techniques and systems.
Qualifications:
Experience: 7 to 9 years in a relevant field.
Location: Europe.
