The Career Works Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewellery Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our client, a multinational jewellery company.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Sales Operations: Supervise and manage the sales operations for assigned locations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Exhibition and Trade Show Preparation: Prepare and coordinate exhibition and trade show activities, including logistics and marketing materials.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Logistics and Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and timely delivery.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including order opening, pricing, and cataloguing.
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
- Lead Generation and Cold Calling: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and client meetings.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and sales training.
Requirements
Experience: 7 to 9 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the jewellery industry.
Location: Europe.
