About the Role

Bromford is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance Business Partnering to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional financial and business partnering services that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to deliver strategic objectives and provide financial guidance to inform business decisions;
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making;
  • Lead the finance and procurement business partnering service, ensuring effective delivery of financial and operational services to the business;
  • Provide proactive financial leadership and support to the business, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting;
  • Collaborate with the business to identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial stability and sustainability;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and external partners;
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth;

Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial business partnering, financial planning, and analysis;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of financial professionals;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights;
  • Knowledge of financial systems, processes, and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and best practice;
  • Qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a recognized accounting body membership;
