Corporate Partnerships Manager

The Way Youth Zone is seeking a dynamic Corporate Partnerships Manager to spearhead the growth of their developing corporate fundraising portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a small but mighty Fundraising team and make a real impact on the lives of young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional account management to cultivate and grow existing corporate relationships, focusing on retention, increased engagement, and uplift.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a corporate fundraising strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Identifying and pursuing new corporate partnership opportunities to expand the fundraising portfolio
  • Collaborating with the Fundraising and Communications team to develop and deliver fundraising campaigns and events
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on corporate fundraising performance

The ideal candidate will have prior experience using a fundraising database (Salesforce), experience writing successful fundraising proposals, bids, and reports, and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding financial and non-financial fundraising targets.
