About Us: Randstad Technologies is seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join our technology program team on a 6-month contract. This role offers flexibility and a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Planning: Manage programme resource forecasting and planning, aligning with business timelines and objectives.
- Contractor Management: Oversee the recruitment and release of project contractors, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Meeting Coordination: Chair weekly programme resourcing board meetings and follow up on actions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Request Handling: Raise and manage contractor requests and extensions with necessary approvals, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
Skills Required:
- Forecasting & Reporting: Expertise in resource forecasting and reporting, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
- Process Improvement: Adhere to and improve internal governance processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis and presentation, with the ability to identify trends and insights.
- SAP Experience: Experience with SAP is highly desirable, with the ability to leverage its capabilities to drive business outcomes.
Top 3 Must-Haves:
- Experience as a PMO Specialist or Resource Analyst in tech: Proven experience in programme delivery, resource planning, and contractor management.
- Strong data analysis and forecasting skills: Ability to analyze and present data effectively, with a strong understanding of forecasting and reporting principles.
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills: Ability to engage with stakeholders, plan and coordinate programme activities, and communicate effectively.
