Resource Planning Lead

At Dojo, we're committed to empowering businesses to thrive in the experience economy. As a Resource Planning Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Contact Centres in Bristol and Hull operate at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the resource planning team to optimize workforce allocation and meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with forecasting and real-time teams to manage resource, identify performance fluctuations, and implement improvements.
- Create and maintain workforce planning/optimisation solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster alignment across Performance Management and other functions, owning the resource planning function and serving as the point of contact for stakeholders.
- Work with the business to gain support and buy-in for staffing rotas and shrinkage measures.
- Continuously review forecasts and schedules to identify performance improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Coach and develop Resource Planning Analysts, managing their performance through action plans and growth conversations.
- Strong background in resource planning within a Contact Centre environment, with experience using WFM platforms like NICE inContact or Calabrio.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work with raw data sets, identify trends, and issues ahead of impact.
