About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Resource Planning Lead to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for leading our resource planning function to ensure we have the right resources in place to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a workforce planning solution to optimize resource allocation and meet service-level targets.
  • Collaborate with the forecasting and real-time teams to manage resource and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the development of contingency models and provide insights on annual leave and unplanned events.
  • Foster collaboration across the Performance Management team and other functions to ensure alignment and effective resource planning.
  • Work with the business to gain support and buy-in for staffing rotas and shrinkage measures.
  • Continuously review forecasts and schedules to identify performance improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Coach and develop our Resource Planning Analysts to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong background in resource planning within a Contact Centre environment, with experience working with WFM platforms.
  • A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on improving performance and efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all departments.
  • Presentation skills, both written and verbal.
