We're seeking a talented Town Planner to join our Planning team in Bristol, where you'll be part of a dynamic team that includes Planning, Design, Transport, Infrastructure, and Heritage experts. We're open to considering full-time or part-time candidates, and you'll enjoy the benefits of our agile working policy, which allows you to balance your work and personal life.

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of planning projects across various sectors, collaborating with a diverse range of clients. Our Bristol office focuses on renewables, residential development, and commercial projects, including employment and town centre developments. Your responsibilities will include public consultation, preparing and submitting planning applications, collating evidence for appeals, negotiating applications, and managing your own projects.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in researching, preparing, and submitting planning applications, statements, and appraisals, or experience in dealing with pre-application enquiries, determining applications, and preparing Officer Reports;
  • Experience in planning practice (public or private);
