Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Town Planner to join our Planning team in Bristol. As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for undertaking public consultation, preparing and submitting planning applications, and collating evidence for appeals. You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of planning projects, covering various sectors and dealing with a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and prepare planning applications, statements, and appraisals;
  • Deal with pre-application enquiries, determine applications, and prepare Officer Reports;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver planning projects and meet client needs;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Stay up-to-date with planning policies, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
