Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tenancy Support Officer to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our Landlord Services Section, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Council achieves its vision and business objectives.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide effective tenancy-related support to vulnerable customers, enabling them to sustain their tenancies and live independently. You will work closely with tenants, leaseholders, and customers to deliver an excellent service, promoting a customer-focused culture and ensuring equality of opportunity in service provision and employment practices.

Key Accountabilities/Duties
  • Support a performance management culture focused on achieving key objectives.
  • Take personal responsibility for promoting a customer-focused service.
  • Contribute to the development of improvement plans that meet the diverse needs, requirements, and aspirations of customers.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Council, displaying a professional and responsible attitude at all times.
  • Support a value-for-money culture that delivers continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Essential Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with experience in delivering high-quality housing services, supporting positive outcomes for vulnerable residents. You should have a strong background in working intensively with vulnerable people within a social or supported housing setting, as well as experience of working with people with mental health difficulties, substance abuse difficulties, and offending history.
