We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Team Lead to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team that manages stage two complaints to ensure they meet targets, achieve compliance according to policies, and provide our customers with a good complaints service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and day-to-day advice to team members
  • Monitor productivity and quality from the team
  • Foster staff development needs and requirements
