About the Role:

Pertemps is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team at their head office in Bristol. This is a maternity cover role with an immediate start, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving work environment.

The ideal candidate will provide support across all business functions, ensuring all office administration is carried out competently, allowing the business to meet deadlines and work compliantly and accurately.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and in a timely manner.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Relay relevant information to field-based Account Managers and other departments.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts on a bespoke accounts system.
  • Allocate payments on customer accounts.
  • Complete supplier/customer questionnaires.
  • General office admin including filing, mainly electronically.
  • Manage and provide general administration support to the business as required.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by the company.

Requirements and Skills:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Fantastic organization skills as well as administration experience.
  • Confidence with IT (including Excel) and the ability to work well independently, under their own initiative and manage their workload.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
