We are excited to announce two new opportunities for the role of Receptionist within our dynamic garage business. These positions are full-time, Monday to Friday, and will be entirely office-based. Joining our team means becoming part of a vibrant and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will report directly to the business owner, with additional support from the Garage Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Managing incoming calls, directing them appropriately, and taking messages as needed
  • Coordinating appointments, including scheduling repairs and MOTs
  • Ordering necessary parts from approved suppliers
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including data entry and record maintenance
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Assisting with basic financial tasks such as invoicing and expense management
  • Maintaining an inventory of office supplies and placing orders as required

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role is essential
  • Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly phone manner
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Proficient in IT and computer applications
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
