Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at RECRUITCORP LTD T/A Franklyn Associates. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for carrying out unscripted telephone appointment making, data cleansing, research, and lead generation campaigns on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out unscripted telephone calls to prospects and clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide product information and answer questions about product specifications to clients and prospects.
  • Book appointments with relevant prospects and clients to discuss business opportunities.
  • Complete data cleansing activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct market research into various industries to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide input into lead generation campaigns to ensure effective and efficient results.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter prospect and client information into our company database.

We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to balance your work and personal life, with standard business hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am - 3:35 pm on Friday.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary

£11.00-£13.00 per hour
